Three people. One erotic fantasy. And a twentieth wedding anniversary like no other.
Jeannie yearns for the return of passion in her marriage. Jake craves new excitement in the form of another man. Pothos is one of the erotes, an aspect of Eros, the ancient Greek god of love, and this couple’s distinctive yearning has called to him. By the power of the erotes he intends to rekindle the flame of Jake and Jeannie’s passion in a night of desire that will be the ultimate platinum anniversary gift.
And when the gods of love decide your marriage needs a boost, they never do it by halves.
Platinum Passion is the first in my series of stand-alone novellas with the erotes as a common theme. So who are the erotes? Pothos – the god of sexual yearning, Himeros – the god of sexual desire, and Anteros – the god of unrequited/requited love.

And just who is educating who in this cougar encounter?

Reviews for Pandora’s Gift:
A delicious 4 cup review from Coffee Time Romance which says in part: “Jennifer Lynne weaves a contemporary romance with the feel of a paranormal. Seducing Serena
Thirty-two year old tax accountant Serena Hewitt gets more than she bargained for when the charismatic Nicholas Wade responds to her lonely hearts advertisement. With her life and heart already in tatters, Serena’s experience has taught her there is no such thing as ‘Mister Right’. On the surface Nick appears to be a fun-loving bachelor with bad-boy good looks and an aversion to commitment, and the serious Serena is a challenge he finds impossible to resist. He wants to prove her wrong. But his secret might just do the opposite.
Reviews for Secrets Volume 28 Sensual Cravings:
Romantic Times BOOKReviews gave it a fantastic 4-stars: “The Secrets anthologies never fail to thrill and entertain. This volume’s contemporary, science fiction and historical stories are hot and sensual. Characters are well developed, and the couples will take readers along in their path to a lasting relationship.”
Four and a half cherries from Whipped Cream Reviews:: “Serena and Nick…were a couple I wanted to see more of even after the story was complete.”
Romancing the Book said: “I was not disappointed with my first experience with Secrets and I can’t wait to read more…This anthology had it all: romance, red-hot sex scenes, and a variety of settings (location and times)…I look forward to reading more books from the Secrets series.”
A terrific 4 stars from Night Owl Reviews : “All four stories had something to offer in the way of a steamy, erotic read…Seducing Serena by Jennifer Lynne focused on an emotionally damaged woman using an unorthodox way to find a companion…Most emotional story of the quartet.”
So where did these stories come from?
I love romance. All kinds of romance. Sweet. Sexy. Dark. Hot as hell.
It starts of course with heady lust. That aching response from every cell in your body to the deliciously hot bod across the room. Most of us have felt it, and not always at the most opportune moment!
But for me, if it’s going to be romantic, there needs to be a heck of lot more than mere pheromones. There must also be an emotional connection that exists beyond the physical. Anyone can have sex and walk away the next morning. But in my experience, it is the emotional side of a relationship that is the more challenging.
I love the idea of throwing together two people who, for very different reasons, are simply afraid to commit. Give them the mother of all physical connections. Add shades of light and dark. And then up the ante with an emotional bond so strong it is simply impossible to walk away.
As well as the books shown here, there’s more coming soon! Educating Ethan will be out 24th February 2012 (tentative release date) from Breathless Press. I’m working on the second in my Gods of Love series, Aphrodite Calling: Himeros, and developing a “naughty nursery rhyme” idea for Breathless Press. Plenty to keep me busy!
Cheers,

Nice covers! Better than most – and very hot excerpt – “I want to kiss you. The real you.”
Oooh. Makes me feel, well… you know…
Jennifer; Congratulations.
Your comment on how pleased you are that your cover artwork so accurately depicts your hero is a valid one. Various editor & publisher talks at writer conferences have clearly concluded that an author often does not have the luxury (and entitlement; I believe); to have the final say on the covers of their books. Despite the excitement & pride of being published; it would be unlikely that one would not feel considerably disappointed to see the illustrated hero or heroine looking different to how we imagined them to be. For the weeks; months; perhaps years taken to create & evolve them; we would definitely have an indelible image in our heart & mind of they should look.
I am glad that your hero appears as the man you dreamt of…
Cant wait to read Pandora’s Gift, loved Seducing Serena. You have a great talent for writing, keep up the good work.
Happy release day, Jennifer,
